Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to QRTable.io for subscriptions, add-on services, or custom development work are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage, cancellation date, or service performance.


2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Charges – If you were accidentally billed more than once for the same subscription.
  • Technical Billing Errors – If a system or payment gateway error resulted in an incorrect charge.

In such cases, please contact support@qrtable.io within 7 business days of the transaction for review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.


3. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will stop auto-renewal of your subscription for the next billing cycle.
  • Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Custom Services (Web Development, SEO, Review Management, Social Media)

  • Payments made for one-time or ongoing services are non-refundable.
  • If a project is terminated early by the client, no partial refunds will be provided.

5. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • If a payment fails or is disputed, access to QRTable services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
  • Any chargeback or dispute filed with your payment provider may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
