QRTable offers:

  • QR Menu & Ordering System – Digital menus, table QR codes, POS integration, online ordering, and inventory management.
  • Branch & Chain Management – Multi-location restaurant control, reservations, and reporting.
  • Add-on Digital Services – Website development, local SEO, review management, and social media management.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security, including passwords.
  • Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Some services are free (LiteBite Plan). Paid services require an active subscription.
  • Pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay) process all transactions securely.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.
  • Fees for website development, SEO, or other custom services may be charged separately.

5. 0% Commission Policy

QRTable does not charge commission on orders processed through the platform. However, third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal) may apply standard transaction fees.

6. Restaurant Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of menus, pricing, images, and business information provided through QRTable.
  • Compliance with local food, health, safety, and legal regulations is your responsibility.
  • Orders, payments, and customer interactions processed via QRTable are between you and your customers.

7. Add-On Digital Services

If you purchase Website Development, SEO, Review Management, or Social Media Services:

  • Results may vary depending on competition, algorithms, and customer engagement.
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, reviews, or follower counts.
  • You must provide required access (e.g., Google Business Profile, website login, social accounts).

8. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse QRTable for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use QRTable to store or share harmful, offensive, or prohibited content.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All QRTable software, branding, and content are owned by QRTable.io.
  • You retain ownership of your restaurant’s content (menus, photos, logos).
  • You grant us a license to display your content within the platform as needed.

10. Data & Privacy

  • We collect and use data in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for your customers’ data collected via QRTable (orders, names, contact info).
  • By using QRTable, you consent to data processing and integrations with third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • QRTable is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, technical issues, or third-party integrations.
  • Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your account anytime.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
  • Upon termination, access to services will end, but payment obligations remain for completed billing cycles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, unless otherwise agreed.
